Naomi Dunford Spins Lies As Salty Droid Reveals Truth

Naomi Dunford
A while back, on a Warrior Forum thread, a woman asked for information about highly skilled female internet marketers.

Within the two pages of replies, Tiffany Dow and Naomi Dunford were mentioned.

Tiffany was a great answer because she is a very talented IMer, who provides useful information in an honest and entertaining way. I've mentioned Tiffany Dow on this blog before. Specifically, here and here.

Today, I'm going write about Naomi Dunford. Naomi Dunford was a poor recommendation because she is everything honest folks despise.

Salty Droid exposed scam artists Naomi Dunford and Dave Navarro in a series of well researched and devastating articles published on the brilliant fraud busting website, The Salty Droid.

Salty Droid
If you're not familiar with the Droid's revelations about Naomi Dunford, Dave Navarro, IttyBiz and the entire shit storm in a hornet's nest, you will enjoy catching up here:

Naomi Dunford articles and Dave Navarro articles.

If you wish to read just two articles about Naomi Dunford's true character, read these:

Spider Shit Storm

Naomi Dunford’s Death Threats and Hate Crimes

After enjoying The Droid's expose you will realize there is no doubt Naomi Dunford and her sad sack, pathetic sidekick Dave Navarro are dishonest internet marketers who want to fleece you and the Canada Revenue Agency. However, Naomi's response to Salty Droid's revelations compounds her guilt.

She went on the attack with a disingenuous blog post crafted to gain sympathy from readers who didn't know the true story. In it, Naomi ignored Salty Droid's well documented facts and instead spun a tale about misogyny and death threats on a foundation of a real tragedy that had nothing to do with Naomi Dunford.

Salty Droid issuing death threats and committing hate crimes? LOL, that's an absurd, false implication by a desperate scam artist, Naomi Dunford, who was caught red handed discussing how to steal money from innocent folks and her government's tax collector.

The Salty Droid is a lawyer. He's intelligent, witty and absolutely relentless when exposing frauds like Naomi Dunford. He protects men and women from those who would prey on them. He does it honestly, ethically and legally.

It was a despicably dishonest article by a crooked, deceitful, dirty-dealing, self-proclaimed foul mouthed IM diva, Naomi Dunford that started showing up on websites and blogs run by seemingly nice people like Tori Deaux, Amy Davis Roth and others. Some of these bloggers write about real issues involving actual hate crimes and death threats against innocent women.

Sadly, Tori Deaux, Amy Davis Roth and others were hoodwinked by Naomi Dunford and her lies. It was Naomi's way of deflecting the spotlight away from her sins onto a concocted, cooked-up apocryphal scapegoat, The Droid.

Well The Salty Droid is no one's scapegoat. He has already won with his piquant use of truth, research, facts and integrity. Naomi Dunford has lost but sadly, the important women's issues that Amy Davis Roth and others write so passionately about may have been diminished by Naomi Dunford crying wolf.

Thank you for writing this. Most of the cool women I know in IM write exclusively under pen names and never, ever post their photos because of the very REAL problems with stalkers and death threats. I've dealt with both on and off throughout my career, and believe me, it's no fun. I've finally decided to say, "Fuck it," and just publish everything I create from here on out under my real name and identity.

But women who cry wolf about bogus threats or misrepresent themselves as "victims" when they're really scam artists and liars themselves - well, let's just say there is a special place in hell reserved for them. And at some point, things are going to get damned toasty.

PS: I did find that my IM male alter ego got more sales and more street cred than when I have published under my real, female name. So that's interesting. It's definitely a "We'd prefer it if you have balls instead of a uterus" industry at the moment, as are many sales-related, money making types of niches. I hope that more talented and successful women will start entering the field under their real identities at some point.

In reply to your PS part.
It may seem like a male dominated industry, but a female can easily run it if she pulls an Alexa Smith move and pretend to be some hot young girl. These same gurus will trip each other up to flirt with what they think is an attractive female marketer.

But of course those aren't the kind of people you want as "fans."

The Droid's site has had a massive amount of traffic- way more than normal, so I would imagine steps are being taken to make it easier to deal with sudden spikes of interest.

The Droid will not unless he wants to stop, and nobody is going to be shutting him down, either.

Salty Droid has done amazing work exposing the cesspool Naomi&Co. inhabit. The women who were fooled by Naomi's bogus death threats needed to do their own investigations into her claims before re-tweeting or blgging on the subject. That's their responsibility.

Hey - Your "EMAIL ME" script isn't working so I will post a new Warrior Forum Tip here. I think that someone should look into the ever revolving "HELP THIS WARRIOR SCAMS" that keep running on WF. Just today, they posted another one:
http://www.warriorforum.com/main-internet-marketing-discussion-forum/478218-attention-warriors-urgent.html

This one is to save one of their biggest gurus from melanoma. I've seen this guy sling advice, and boast for years on that forum! Now, he can't come up with $12k for treatment??? WTF? If he's making just $100k/year, he should be able to easily put that together in a month. NOW, they want people to donate their products and sell to give this guy $12k. I'm starting to think that these scams are a larger "Cash Gifting Scheme".

I'm in Tiffany Dow's list. I have joined TONS of mailing lists before and Tiff is a rare best who always gave insightful information.

Thanks to the latest anonymouse for pointing out the cash gifting problem at Warriorforum. It crops up from time to time. Some years ago before Bev Clement died (long before she got sick) she and her husband were living in Hong Kong and their friend Kim Standerline from the forum posted this weird emergency type of post saying that Beverly desperately needed help, making it sound like Bev and her husband were trapped in Hong Kong or something . Very misleading post.

Warriors coughed up over $5000 in the blink of an eye.

Bev later came on and thanked people and she let the cat out of the bag. She very clearly stated that she had used part of the money to take a trip to see her mother in England - she hadn't seen her mum in a while - and for a few other things.

The Warriors were brains were all, like, "WTF? We paid for you to have a vacation in England?" And when cornered and the posts got heated good ole Paulie Myers or whomever made sure the complaining comments "disappeared."

This stuff has been going on a LONG time. You have to be an "insider." One "insider" will post on behalf of another "insider" with the grifting request. Don't complain or your account might get deleted.

What I loved about the Bev Clement incident was how she spent ALL her time criticizing others on the forum and claiming how successful she was as a writer and a writing coach.

But she couldn't come up with $5000.

Par for the course.

I haven't followed the latest cancer money grab at the forum, but as usual, if you can't afford healthcare, get a "real" job, dudes. :)

Clark Rockefeller said...

@ Anonymous

I said the exact same thing in a comment a few days ago...about WF members taking donations for medically ill members due to their inability to afford treatment. I think the comment was in the "Comments Tip" topic. These medically ill members, who by the way, boasted 6-figure incomes and created WSOs about how to make $10k a month. As I said in my original comment, if these guys are really doing those types of numbers, then why can't they afford a few thousand dollars for treatment? Even if a person earned a flat $100k. Year, that's around $9,000 a month. With that type of money, you mean to tell me they can't afford $12k? I understand that even with that kind of money, some people may not want to spend $12k at once. But if we are talking about a serious illness, you'll spend it without a question if you have it. Don't get me wrong, raising money to help them is a good gesture. But this clearly exposes the income claims.

Clark Rockefeller said...

Oh and by the way...

Ms. Jennifer Shepherd, I love when you type because you crack me the hell up every time.

Anonymous said...

@ Clark and Jennifer Shepherd - Those Warrior Forum "regulars" are not successful. They are just trolls living on social security or welfare and acting like they are successful internet marketers.

These "fundraisers" just prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that none of them are rich. I mean.. shouldn't just 1 of them be able to pay for the person's medical bills if they are such hotshot millionaires? Why do they have to recruit thousands of Warriors to pay the bill when they could take their "crew" ( 10 people ) and save the guy's life?

Look at this section of the Warrior Forum where these idiots post useless shit and argue with each other acting like one person is smarter than the other:

http://www.warriorforum.com/off-topic-forum/

Some of these imbeciles post 5-10 threads per day and they are just complete bullshit. That forum completely sucks ass!

Clark Rockefeller said...

@ Anonymous
We're well aware of the fact that they aren't successful. That's what we're pointing out...how they boast huge incomes and yet, don't have a few thousand dollars to pay for medical expenses because they really don't make that type of money. If I had a WF account still, I'd be tempted to call them out on this just to see what the replies would be before it gets deleted.

Then to ad insult to injury the main contributors always seem to be the poor saps who are legit and just trying to scrape by while you never see the ones claiming to make thousands contribute a dime.

Unfortunately no matter how much people try to expose the WF there is a never ending stream of suckers with CC in hand ready to fuel the scam.

The mantel of king scammer on the WF has to go to Anik Singal. This turd seems to get away with it only because any neg posts exposing him as a scammer and peddler of BS are quickly deleted.

Anik Singal is a SCAMMER and Lethal Commission does not work and has shitty customer service on November 11, 2011 11:44 PM said...

To make things worse there a people who are giving product praises that are nothing more than disguised pitches for products that simply don`t work and not only that, they have shitty customer service:

Lets see the lastest product of the Scammer Anik Singal called Lethal Commission:

http://www.warriorforum.com/internet-marketing-product-reviews-ratings/482848-lethal-commission-reviews.html

Here are some "real honest reviews"(from link above):

Randall Christian:

Lethal Commission is NOT working at all! And NO support! I have put in 3 tickets with NO response in 3 days. Nothing but trouble with the Keyword tool. I put in the word "kindle" and get error messages like "index was out of bounds for the array" or when clicking on desktop link to start it I get "LCC34 Value does not fall withen expected range."

Looks like refund time!!

Valerio:

Just bought everything and, surprise... nothing works.

1) Paid the first upsell but the system is not giving me access to that stuff.
2) Tried on windows xp and windows 7, both output errors when I just try to launch the software.

I've posted 2 tickets about that, let's see what happens.
I usually give 36 hours to every support team, it's like a limit that, in my opinion, perfectly describes a product's quality.
If I don't get it working in this timeframe, well... I already know how to submit a refund on CB.

comp123:

The video says they have been using this software for months now. One would think if that was the case they would have the bugs worked out ? I did get a response to my ticked telling me they are working on the problems. Wait let me show the response i got.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting me with your enquiry.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing technical difficulties with the software.

I can advise that I have forwarded this over to our technical team to rectify and this feature should be available again within the next couple of hours.

I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I hope this information has been helpful.

If you have any additional questions please feel free to ask.

Kind regards,

Kathy Evans
Click2Reply Customer Support

Not sure what features shes talking about because i complained about the installation of the software itself not working.

I dont know how people are making websites with this software already when it wont even install without giving an error.

To summarize: Lethal Commssion is another crappy product made by the scammer Anik Singal

There more honest reviews in the same thread, several of them which questioned Anik`s shitty customer service has been erased. There only a few of "positive reviews" particularly from this guy whose username is eljeffe77 (Anik Singal`s bitch)who is basically saying how great the product is when it doesn`t work and his review looks more like a pitch for Lethan Commission than a true honest one.

Conclusions: Anik Singal is a Scammer and Lethal Commission is a Scam too!

You cannot give an honest opinion of a product in the product reviews section of the warrior forum without the fear of getting your comments erased or in the worst of cases getting yourself banned (BTW thanks for nothing Paul Myers, FUCK YOU)

Hey, just for shits and giggles I found Kim Standerline's post from March 2009 in which she did the grifting request for Bev Clement:

"Dear Friends

One of our warriors needs your help and I’m hoping you will (as usual) rise up to the occasion and help her out.

Bev Clement who is a very active warrior as a rule is finding herself in a bit of a spot. Through no fault of her own, she and her husband find themselves homeless at the moment and having to live in a series of relatively expensive hotels (most start around US$60 a night).

Some background on Bev

Rob & Bev sold everything in the UK to go and work as volunteers in China. They mainly supported themselves, and used IM to give them an income. In China their monthly expenses were between $200 and $300 but they had to leave when visas were no longer being given for China.

Since then they have been living with a friend in Hong Kong who is now getting married. As the apartment they were all sharing is quite small Bev and Rob decided their friends needed more space to themselves and moved out to live in a hotel until they could get an apartment sorted out for themselves.

The problem they find now though is the exchange rate in Hong Kong is crippling them, and apartments now cost 50% more than they did 6 months ago. At the moment they just don’t have the capital to put down the huge deposit needed to get their own place. Hence having to live in hotels etc from day to day.

Bev’s been a good friend to many on the Warrior forum, Miss Marple (as I like to call her) has her eagle eye fixated on anyone she thinks is scamming other Warriors and its thanks to her that many people haven’t been duped into parting with their hard earned cash. She’s also a loyal friend whom I know has helped out many here on the forum (Including me).

I’ve been talking to Bev on Skype and she says a sum of about $5k would probably help both her and Rob get back on their feet and I’m hoping Warriors will rise to the occasion and help them out. In fact I’m hoping we can make it even more to give them a cushion.

She doesn’t want charity or people to give her anything for nothing (neither do I). After all we all have to make our dollars work for us. This is Bev’s paypal email address, admin@robbev.com

For anyone who sends Bev a donation of $5 or more, I will send them a copy of my eBook Membership Secrets.

If you send a donation of over $25, I will include a copy of my shopping cart EasySellerpro (See my sig for details of both). Email me at k.standerline at ntlworld.com (change at for @ obviously) with your receipt details and I will forward you the download pages. I’m going out shortly though so please don’t be impatient if it is later that I send it.

Bev and Rob find themselves in a position where many of us could say “There for the grace of God etc” and even a few dollars from their warrior friends is a help and will be very much appreciated.

Thanks for reading
Kim

Edit

The firesale is now up and running (such as it is) and already making sales. www.allbusinessblog.info/bev/

It's getting late here in the UK, but I will be adding to it tomorrow, please let me have all contributions

Thanks
Kim"

(Continued re; the archived Bev Clement money grab)

(This is the archived thread referenced:
http://www.warriorforum.com/main-internet-marketing-discussion-forum/65032-bev-clement-needs-your-help-4.html)

At the very end of the thread Bev lists the total money she received from people:

"Total is $5,694.12

Firesale $1,056.89"

About at the middle of the thread Bev talks about what she plans to do with the money:

"What this extra money will do is this.

1) Allow us to go back to China and get our belongings that we have left with friends.

2) Look at options for the future, which will include a trip back to the UK to visit my mother. The last time we were back there was in Sept 06.

3) Have some breathing space.

4) Not have to be so concerned that because of us having everything go to our UK account we don't have to earn 50% more to get the same income to spend.

5) Most importantly (should have been No 1) shown us what wonderful friends we have here on the warrior forum."

After that some people questioned how Warriors were basically chipping in to cover a "holiday" for her in the UK; those comments were deleted, but Bev made a follow up comment trying to dig herself out of the hole she created for herself with the earlier comments.

There were QUITE A FEW skeptics who chimed in and very gently said, "WHAT THE FUCK????"

Of course those were all deleted.

After the Let's Have a Group Orgasm in Our Rush to Give Money to an Unsuccessful Internet Marketer Named Bev madness passed, I started watching carefully, and new grifting threads with various sob stories began turning up about every two months on the clock. I think I complained about one of them but pretty much stayed out of the fray. (All my comments are gone now as my former Warrior persona, Cosmokid, because I requested complete deletion there earlier this year. I couldn't handle the level of dumbass there anymore. The real marketers and nicer folks there had largely left, anyway, and the ones who were still around were largely unseen and unheard, their rational voices drowned out by DA STUPID.)

Ya know, gods forbid I personally found myself in a genuine situation of horrible need --- either needing money for a medical condition or just general monthly expenses.

But you know what?

The LAST thing I would do is to go panhandling before a group of relative strangers.

And I certainly wouldn't do so while having, in the past, held myself up to be a 100,000$ + a year earner as so many of these grifters have.

I made a post long after the Bev Clement grifting scam had gone on and after a few more of them had happened, in which I basically said, "If I were at a business networking event in the REAL world......and say they were a bunch of my professional colleagues and peers....it would be SO inappropriate to go up to each one of them and boldly ask them to give me free money! So why is it different on the Warriorforum? I consider this place a bunch of marketing professionals and people I do business networking with. It's not a church, it's not my family, and to panhandle in this way is bizarre and wrong."

I think my comment lasted about ten minutes before it "disappeared" back in the day, circa 2009.

But really. If you were a real estate agent, a lawyer, an architect, or any other type of person in the professional services industry, would you go to a business networking event and beg people to pay for your new kidney?

That's what goes on at the Warriorforum on a regular basis.

One thing I find interesting to contemplate is this: what if some of the "insiders" there are all the same person, and they are running different scams (with Allan Says pulling the strings, getting a percentage, or perhaps even using an alias he himself created?)

We could be looking at fraud on a MUCH bigger level than we've been contemplating.

I could set up a forum in about ten minutes and create multiple aliases for myself, multiple identities for myself, and establish them as "old timers" with some fake photos culled from social networking pages. After six months to a few years I could have one of them get sick or make a plea for financial help, and the average forum contributor wouldn't even KNOW I was using an entirely fake identity.

Just what IS known about Allan Says, anyway? He initially made bank back in the days when you could spam people openly on the internet before spam laws were in effect, and old posts of his talk about this in some detail. And his name is a pseudonym, of course.

What else is known about him?

In some ways, if you think about the possibility that ALL of the grifting scams could be coming from fake ID's created by Allan Says or his pals, analyzing the crap going on at the Warriorforum can take on rich new levels of subtlety. It's kind of like tasting a wine and realizing there are rich flavors of crap, bull crap, moose crap, and horse crap, and you are challenged to identify and parse each flavor. :)

OMIGOD -- I just found my old post about this at the archived Warriorforum. I made a 2007 thread titled:

Need Help for My Dying Cat, and My Bunions

http://www.warriorforum.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=170812

Pardon the dark humor, but I am in a MOOD today. :)

(The thread title is meant to be an ironic spoof of a recent thread title that involved yet another hard luck story being shared by a member of this forum.)

Hey, there's nothing wrong with hard luck stories. We've all been there at some point in our life with some issue we've personally experienced.

There's nothing wrong with seeking support -- moral, financial, whatever -- from a peer group.

But my response when I see one of these is:

"What have you done for US lately?"

Namely, why should we help you? Why should we trust you? This is the online world, where scammers proliferate like flies on poop. :)

A word to everyone - use caution and discretion before doling out your hard-earned cash -- or even your intellectual capital - in response to one of these threads.

Ever thought that someone could be picking your brains while researching the next Ebook they intend to produce?

I know one IMer who writes in an eBook how you can just go to forums, lurk a little, then post a provocative type question and collect people's answers in response to the problem you've posted - and voila! There's all the free "expertise" you need to publish an eBook on that subject.

So I'm just sayin'......

Discernment and caution are good online survival skills.

'Nuf said. Not saying everybody is a scammer, but in the online world, a significant percentage of characters will be.

Cosmokid aka Jennifer

You can read the rest of the archived thread here:

I had been thinking I wrote that post in response to the Great Bev Clement Kim Standerline Grifting Extravaganza of 2009, but it turns out I was commenting on this a lot earlier, in 2007.

It was the biggest pile of crap I've ever seen. People selling these formula's on WF for 5 bucks!

The tool even had the audacity to say "do you wanna partner up with me? When you make all this money we'll split it 50/50" - So he wanted me to do all the work with his crappy linkwheel system (most sites he recommended I use were down anyway..god knows how old it was) and cash in on my hard work?

These guys are greedy assholes. Scum

P.S. For the record, I did take massive action but the system was awful. I wish I trusted my instinct

Some people have no shame. This guy has been hitting-up WF members for donations now his asking for more from Family members! Even if his story is for real where does the begging end?

A few months back I asked the Warriors to help me raise funds for The National Kidney foundation. I know what a great organization this is from personal experience. As many of you know I am in kidney failure and do dialysis 6 times a week. For those that don't know, dialysis involves cleaning my blood because my kidneys no longer do that. I have two hoses attached to my arm,one for the blood to leave my body and be cleaned, the other where the blood comes back into my body. Actually thats just a very simplified explanation.

Anyway, this week I have finally been put on the national kidney list again, which means I can be called to get a transplant at any time, and my chances are higher if I have a live donor. I don't have a live donor yet,but I am always hopeful.

I currently have private insurance which helps with the medical costs and the premiums have been paid by a variety of means but they were cobra'd. They will expire at the end of June, then I will strictly be a medicaid patient. My insurance will pay 100% of the transplant costs, medicaid only 80%,so of course I am hoping to get it before the insurance runs out.

Now, thats a pretty long explanation, but this is what I am asking for help with. I have a page where I can take finacial donations, it is located here:
Kidney Transplant Medical Expenses by Kim Winfrey - GoFundMe

While the insurance will pay 100% of my transplant medical costs for both myself and for a live donor, it does not help cover living expenses for either of us. That is why I started the fund listed above,to help cover the living expenses while recovering of any one that donates a kidney. ( I have had two people offer already but for various reasons they wouldnt work out).

What can you do to help?
Well, yes, you can donate.Every dollar will help, but knowing how big the Warrior family is,I am asking that you send my donation page to your friends, family etc, etc.

If you can help, great,if you can't I understand, times are hard for a lot of us. either way, thank you for reading this.
Kim

Wow he has a damn nerve asking for his donation page to be shared with member's family and friends!!
Kim Winfrey supposedly had a profitable online business, then he became ill and it all fell apart.

He sure does post a hell of a lot on the WF so the question I'm asking myself is why can't he rebuild his online business instead of begging for donations?

Now I would put this question to him on the WF but I'd be reported and banned within minutes by the mob.

@JG - If Kim Winfrey had such a successful online business, then why isn't he repeating all the success that he made in the past? He posts 400 times a day on Warrior Forum, so there is nothing wrong with his typing abilities. And if he is so smart why can't he outsource like all those smart WF members supposedly do?

He is such a joke, and I have a suspicion that he is a made up character by Allen Says just to help load his pockets. I would not put it past that dirtbag!

Allen Says = Kim Winfrey, Heysal, Dennis Gaskil, Bill Farnham, Steven Wagenheim, Alexa Smith and Paul Uhl MYOB.

The Kim Winfrey fund is at $4,751 out of $50,000 so no doubt there's going to be more WSO's, begging threads etc..

The pictures on the Help Kim Winfrey Facebook page conveniently don't show his face...could be anyone

I wouldn't recommend any IM forum. Every one I've seen is full of misinformation.

Occasionally someone who isn't full of BS will post something useful but on the whole they're not a great place to learn about marketing and a big time waster.

I have just started an IM forum at www.notthewarriorforum.com that anyone is welcome to join for free.

I am committed to keeping it honest and useful to all particpants with free speech being the main focus (no overmoderating ever).

@ Anonymous above - LOL! That is awesome!! Just be careful that Allen Says ( if that's even his real name ) doesn't try to sue you for using his name in the url.

Is Paul Uhl a scammer too? Thought he was better than the rest? Or maybe it is another ALEXA S?? Any idea?

@ Anonymous above - Yes, Paul Uhl and Alexa Shill are both characters made up by Allen Says. It is so obvious how the mods use them to bring drama and interested noobs to the WF. There are some others there I have my suspicions about.
