So Ian created a Warrior Forum WSO to get the word out to other Warrior Forum members who wanted to make gobs of cash for doing almost nothing. Mr. Simpson called it the "Proven and Lazy Way to Make Money Online".
According to Ian Simpson here's how it works in a nutshell:
"All you have to do is give us your keywords and our software finds which keywords will be profitable, then in 2 minutes our software builds great looking Customizsed(sic) and Monitized(sic) websites."
Yes, your keywords and oh yeah, some of your money. But don't worry, Ian has a "100% Money Back GUARANTEE". Just shell out $125, or is it $150, or is it $420 plus $60 per month? Oh it's all so confusing, but folks want that extra $13,000 a month!
There was only one little problem. Like the majority of WSOs offered on the Warrior Forum, Ian Simpson's WSO didn't work----AT ALL!
But wait, Ian assured all his customers there's just a few glitches to fix, then everyone can start making $13,000 a month! Trust him, he says and oh yeah send him more money so he can make the appropriate adjustments. Many folks do just that.
Here's a letter I received from one of Ian Simpson's customers:
Basically what he did after he took an initial payment was say he needed to improve his system and needed more money. It was almost blackmail. Said if we didn’t invest more the sites were dead ducks in the water as they weren’t ranking like they should.
A lot people paid him more money and got no results with it. One of the things was add backlinks. They were never done. I’m in contact with another couple of people on the thread and I’m sure they will back up what I say.
I lost appox $300-$400 all in. I’m sure there are people that lost more, even thousands.
He has now moved on to forex. He is ignoring emails from members and refusing refunds despite offering them in his sales copy.
You can read the entire ten page sorry Warrior Forum Ian Simpson thread. It's still up there although Warrior Forum Fraud Enabler Paul Myers will probably take it down after he reads this article.
The "100% Money Back GUARANTEE"? Ian Simpson didn't honor it. He refused to refund the thousands of dollars he stole from Warrior Forum members. Plus Warrior Forum moderator Paul Myers did nothing about Simpson's WSO scam. In fact, Paul Myers still has Ian Simpson listed as a Warrior Forum member in good standing. Here's Ian Simpson's Warrior Forum profile.
I wrote to Ian Simpson to get his side of the story. You see, I discovered there was an Ian Simpson, same name, same age, same home town in England, Hailsham, East Sussex, who had been convicted and jailed for two and a half years in 2001. His crime was perpetuating a huge fraud on England's Value Added Tax system.
This Ian Simpson ran 'seminars' that revealed how to defraud the UK's VAT collection authorities. It was a big deal, in fact one of this Ian Simpson's seminar students, Kenneth Young, admitted defrauding the VAT collection authorities of 2.4million pounds over seven months, obtaining 224,000 pounds from customer companies and stealing a further 290,000 pounds! Kenneth Young was jailed for five years.
Here's a BBC story about the Ian Simpson Kenneth Young Fraud.
Here's another article by Jack Mathieson about the same scam.
So, along with Ian Simpson's explanation about the Warrior Forum WSO scam, I wanted to know if Ian was the same Ian Simpson who defrauded the UK government. He never denied it. He did keep closing and changing email accounts to avoid me but I had current, active email accounts for him, so I know he received my letters.
Like all his Warrior Forum WSO scam victims, all I got from Ian Simpson was silence. What a swell guy.
UPDATE: My interview with Ian Simpson where he explains his actions, newsletters and attorney advice.

If people paid him through Paypal, they're pretty much screwed. Paypal doesn't refund cases where intangible goods are involved...which is a fact what many WSO scammers are well aware of. If it were a debit or credit card they paid with, they would be able to contact their bank and do a chargeback.
So, not only is this guy a WF scammer, he used to do it in a large scale. It doesn't get any larger than defrauding the government. I wouldn't be surprised if the WF admins offered this guy a job on their staff.
What a freaking asshole this guy is....
Countless people get banned from the forum by Myers for innocent mistakes (classic example Jim Straw) yet if you're a scammer Myers allows them to stay.
Makes me wonder what's going on behind the scenes.

I love this blog.
Thanks for another great post, Chuck!
Wow! What a complete scumbag douche this guy is. It seems the WarriorForum continues to be the preying grounds for these frauds.
Check this out: http://kennycannon.com/truth/
It seems that Warrior Forum SUPER GURU Tim Atkinson completely fucked this guy over and claimed his product as his own AND stole his money. Surprise, surprise! LOL.
And now since everyone is jumping on the Save Ken Strong bandwagon, Atkinson has his own Holiday product that apparantley pays into Ken's PayPal account. Yeah right! This clown obviously is pimping his own popularity to make money from this scam.
This guy ( Kenny Cannon ) even makes a hilarious video portraying the ALMIGHTY Tim Atkinson. It is funnier than shit too.
You can view it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R4-6AJpkoTA
The Warrior Forum is such a fuckin' joke, and Paul Myers does nothing to stop the fraud. In fact, they make so much off Atkinson it's in their best interest to just kiss his ass anyways.
The FTC really needs to start heavily investigating every BIG PLAYER on the Warrior Forum.
Hi
I never received any email or request for reply to questions, I have sent several Newsletters, refunds will be made when we can as advised.
Work continues to get the system working as the majority request.
Will the editor of this post please contact me as advised he tried to do.
Thank You. Ian Simpson.
If you're Ian Simpson, you conveniently omitted your contact information. Your lame excuses carry no weight with me but if you truly want to man up and explain your actions I invite you to contact me via the 'Contact Me' button prominently displayed in the top right column of Warrior Forum Sucks.
Chuck Rosseel, WFS
Thank you for exposing Ian Simpson as I was a victim to his scam via the WF! He is arrogant, disregarding, dismissive and simply disrespectful of others investment. He has made ZERO effort to make good on his promises and of course is silent and non-responsive.
Again, thank you.
Just read part of that thread and it basially sounds like he has commited theft and fraud. Those people need to get trading standards and the police involved.
I remember questionning Tim Atkinson on the WF not too long ago. In the process I got banned yet again as I was in the process of posting evidence. Twice I've tried to warn members about him but no one ever listens. Sometimes I wonder why I bother.

If you simple read the Sales Page for this product you could only conclude that it was a big crock of deceitful and dishonest crap.
Sometimes people cannot be saved from themselves..
At first I thought WFS was just a bitchfest for people who got banned, and I still think much of the Anti WF propaganda is a bit immature, such as the guy with no pants thing.
However, two fascinating things are happening right now.
1 - WFS is quickly becomming a very influential watchdog site and a jewel in the crown of consumer advocate websites.
and 2 - Warrior Forum is becomming increasingly corrupt, in it's core, and in its userbase.
Disagree, Dood,
I like the guy with no pants (aka "Paul Myers.) :)
It's sort of a crude take on the classic "the Emperor Wears No Clothes" fable.
But you're right about the great watchdog aspects of this site. A site like this one would never, ever be necessary if long time "respected" Warriors like I was for years were ever allowed to point out scammers like Bev Clement, Kim Standerline, Alexis Smith and a raging, herpes-attack epidemic of other fraudsters. Instead, even very GENTLY critical comments or complaints or observations were universally deleted.
Hi Chuck.
Above you asked me to contact you via your contact link, I did and have heard nothing from you.
I asked you to advise me of the email you refer to as I cannot find any such email from you.
There are two sides to every story but you seem to only want to state your side, which is not correct.
Regards Ian.
For the record, "Ian's" brief message to me via my 'contact me' button did not address a single issue related in my article. Plus, he did not respond to any questions I asked in my emails.
I will contact him again. More Ian Simpson articles are coming! Enjoy!
Chuck
New scam going on right now, username NEseO doing this, offering links at private blog network but instead places cheap blogcomments at overly spammed blogs. My username is wegenbelasting and I have been banned for reporting this. Please let the people in these threads know that this is a pure scam.

Chuck,
Contact Trading Standards about him. You can Google "Trading Standards" They will take great exception to this kind of thing. It maybe worthwhile posting the links to Trading Standards on your website. They will be all over him like a rash. People who have been scammed by him can also contact the police.
Well done for exposing this scum bag.
Yes, it's true, that is folks paid through Paypal, most won't get their money back. HOWEVER, if enough people file disputes (which he'll probably ignore) that escalate into claims, his complaint rate will exceed 2-2.5%. IOnce that happens, it could trigger Paypal to review his account. Whether they end up closing it is anyone's guess.
When you defraud people like this, you may get away with it for a little while, but it will come back to bite you in the ass eventually. Karma is a sonofabitch.
Maybe he's sick and desperately needs money to pay for an operation or something?
sounds like another tommy gadget except for tommy made in the region of $250k from his efforts
What a bad man!!! :-(
I used to be an active member of the Warrior Forum. I created posts that provided truly useful information on what techniques/services/software to use to gain page 1 rankings/#1 rankings on Google through my own trials and successes. From the get go, I was amazed how many people were commenting and being active and thanking me for my posts. I was overly happy that I could help so many of the Warrior members.
And then I started looking at the services fr sale on there. All are approved by Moderators prior to be sold to the members.
I've been link building for 8 years. I know more than a lot of people know. I know 99% of the services provided on Warrior forum are garbage. I used to piss the sellers off to high heavens by posting in the Sales Page thread about how, and exactly how, and why their service simply wouldn't work.
They never banned me, and maybe it's because I had created so many successful posts that helped so many people. But I do know one thing, after I "shot down" the service on the Sales Page, I'd revisit after a few days and realize that the orders were coming to a quick stop and no more comments were being made.
What kind of sucker would fall for this anyway?
I don't really understand the service, Sounds absurd.
Even Ian Simpson's promise of newsletters are a total lie.
He has not sent one of his famous newsletters in 3 months.
